Custom Patches

Your design, made as a patch. Team logo, field name, a season, an inside joke, a company mark. If it can be drawn, it can be a patch.

What it costs

$6 a patch. Fifty minimum.

$75 setup on a new design. Waived at 100 pieces. Setup covers the mold your design needs. Reorder a design we have already made and you never pay it again.

Fifty pieces runs $375. A hundred runs $600 with no setup, so the jump costs less than it looks.

Going bigger than that, tell us the number you actually want and we will price it.

How long it takes

Four weeks from approved proof. Getting the proof approved usually takes a couple of days once you send artwork, so plan on about a month start to finish.

Working against an event date, tell us the date and we will tell you straight whether it is doable.

How it works

Send us the artwork and the quantity. We come back with a proof and a date. You approve the proof, we produce, you get your patches.

Vector art is best. A clear image works too, and if all you have is an idea we can draw it.

Custom orders are final

Your patches are made to your artwork and nobody else can use them, so custom runs are final sale. That is why the proof step matters. Take your time with it and tell us anything you want changed before you approve.

What you get

Hook backed patches on the TRPHY standard. They fit the TR5, they fit everything else we make, and they fit any hat with a loop panel on the front.

That last part matters for a team. Your players can put your patch on the hat they already own.
